• College of St. Benedict – designed a low-noise HVAC system for the Benedicta Arts Center and completed air-handling unit retrofit that subsequently allowed the system to be run continuously during Minnesota Orchestra performances and recordings
• St. Louis Park Public Schools – designed casework ventilation systems for low-headroom retrofits
• North Dakota State University Art and Architecture Building – designed retrofit solutions utilizing fabric duct for low head room; features timber construction
• Park Nicollet Health Services Ambulatory Surgery Center – prepared retrofit design that expanded surgery capacity by 50 percent and improved cooling ability of entire system without adding chiller capacity
• Minnesota Academy for the Deaf Tate Hall and Noyes Hall – installed aesthetically sensitive, low-vibration HVAC system into these buildings, which are on the Historic Register
• South Dakota Army National Guard Surface Equipment Maintenance Complex – designed new facility implementing multiple HVAC systems, including in-floor radiant heat in all maintenance bays
